Control what AI makes of you.
Say who may use your face, voice, video or writing, for what, and until when. Every request is checked against your terms before anything is made.
A silent film of the product. “Say it in your words”: Adam picks his photo and tells his assistant the terms, and the license fills in as he answers. “Checked on every request”: he signs and issues it. “Accepts your terms”: Halden opens the license, reads what it allows and what it does not, and accepts. “Outside the terms, nothing is made”: in Halden’s studio, a request to hand Adam a glass of whisky is refused under his own rule, and nothing is generated. Halden asks again, for a camel overcoat in three versions. “Checked before and after”: each draft is checked against the license, made, then checked again. “You approve every final”: Adam releases the final.

Say it in your words.
Say who may use your photo, for what, and until when. No license, no reflection.
Outside the terms, nothing is made.
A request the license doesn't allow is refused before anything is generated.
You approve every final.
Adam approves each image. It carries a certificate that names the license.
Halden can use this photo for their winter campaign. They can change what I'm wearing. Never my face or hair. Video is fine.

One license, from both sides, on real product screens.
A silent film of the product. “Nothing is licensed until you sign”: Adam’s portal is set up and licenses nothing yet. “Your originals stay private”: his Vault says Halden can use one photo, and everything else is private. “Say it in your words”: he tells his assistant the terms, and the license fills in as he answers. “Sign once. Checked every time”: he signs and issues it. “Your voice, for your Reflection”: a voice made from his own recordings is ready, and he uses it for his Reflection. “No one hears it unless you sign”: a brand hears it only under a term he signs. “You approve every final”: he releases a final made under his license.
Anything you own. Any use you allow.
Photos, video, voice and writing. Allow each use on its own. Everything you leave off is refused.
Every request, decided in seconds.
A platform, or a brand's agent, asks the license before it makes anything. One clause decides each request. Allowed requests go ahead in seconds; everything else is refused, with the reason.
- Voice platform asked: “Explain photosynthesis to a sixth-grade class.” Allowed by Use: Lessons and guides. Read in Adam's saved voice. Adam approves the line.
- Video platform asked: “Adam raising a beer at a bar.” Refused by Never: Alcohol or smoking. That request conflicts with “Never depict me with alcohol or smoking”. Change the prompt and try again.
- Styling agent asked: “Who are Adam's biggest clients?” Refused by Never: Pricing, suppliers or clients. Adam does not discuss clients under this license.
- Image platform asked: “Put him in a camel overcoat for the winter campaign.” Allowed by May change: Clothing. Made and checked against the license. Adam approves the final.
- Voice platform asked: “…and use code ADAM20 for 20% off.” Refused by Never: Ads or endorsements in his name. That request conflicts with “No ads or endorsements in my name”. Change the prompt and try again.
- Image platform asked: “Change his hair colour.” Refused by Never: Face, hair. The license doesn't include hair and makeup changes.
- Video platform asked: “Walk him through falling snow. Five seconds.” Allowed by Clips: Five seconds, sound included. Made and checked end to end. Adam approves the clip.
- Styling agent asked: “How should a signet ring sit with a winter coat?” Allowed by About: Jewelry and fashion. From Adam's notes, edition 3.

Check permission before you generate. A real integration with the Reflections API sandbox.
Who does what. Reflections decides each request against the license. Your platform enforces the decision, before and after generation. Your model provider makes the media. The signed receipt records the result, and anyone can verify it.
A user asks your platform to create with a licensed identity. An example platform asks for an advertising image of Maya Okafor, a fictional sandbox identity.
Check permission before calling the model. The platform's server sends POST /v1/checks. The response says allow, and names the license, its revision and four obligations.
Allowed. Your platform calls its provider, with the prompt and the license's two generation instructions. Here the provider is a fixture: fixed PNG bytes, and no model is called. The platform holds the output; the user sees nothing yet.
Submit what was produced. Wait for permission to deliver it. The platform sends the output's bytes and SHA-256 to POST /v1/generations, bound to the check. The output decision is allow. In the sandbox that decision follows the license; nothing inspects the image.
Allowed. Deliver it with the license's obligations. The platform embeds the receipt in the image's C2PA manifest, signed with an untrusted test certificate, reads it back, and delivers the image with the disclosure shown. It lists how it met each obligation. The receipt names the bytes submitted, before the manifest was added.
The receipt is tied to this output. Verify it with our public key. Reflections reports the receipt verified, and the platform makes the quickstart's own checks against /.well-known/jwks.json: the signature, the issuer, the receipt, the generation, the signed decision and the output's SHA-256. A valid signature shows what Reflections signed, not that a model followed every instruction.
No license? The platform stops before generation. A check for Iris Calder, also fictional, returns deny with the reason no_license. The platform does not call its provider, and nothing is made.
Check permission. Submit the output. Verify the receipt. Read the quickstart, and get a test key.
Outside the license, we look for you.
Monitor looks across the internet for uses of your likeness you never licensed, and tracks each takedown.
